For most of his life, Peter Katz has been asking one simple question:

He first explored that question as a touring musician. On stages around the world, he saw first dances, last goodbyes, and thousands of other moments that mattered most to those drawn to his music.
Over more than a decade, Peter wrote hundreds of songs, shared the stage and studio with Grammy-Award winning artists and producers, played 150+ concerts a year, witnessing firsthand how music and story could cut through noise, forge connection, and make people feel part of something bigger.
Eventually, executives and event planners began asking him to bring that same magic to their organizations — to help their people not just feel inspired for a moment, but to build cultures that last.
Through that work, Peter discovered a pattern: the most vibrant, connected teams weren’t chasing culture — they were celebrating it.
