Dr. Junior Bernadin helps schools, districts, education companies, youth-serving organizations, and leadership teams build what every high-performing culture needs: a genuine sense of belonging, leaders at every level, and systems that sustain success.

A global House System authority, school culture strategist, and Presidential Award-winning STEM mentor, Dr. Bernadin brings a rare combination of practitioner experience, doctoral research, technology leadership, and organizational execution. His keynotes move audiences beyond temporary programs and surface-level motivation, showing them how to build culture intentionally, implement change successfully, and create environments where people feel seen, valued, challenged, and connected.

Across 18 years at the internationally acclaimed Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta, Dr. Bernadin has helped train more than 200,000 educators from around the world. As Chief Student Affairs Officer, he helps guide the student experience, school culture, leadership development, and organizational systems that support one of education’s most innovative learning communities.

As a lead architect of the RCA House System’s global expansion and a leader in implementing the RCA House Points App, Dr. Bernadin helped scale the engagement model to more than 1,000 schools and 739,000 users worldwide. His work has included product development, implementation consulting, professional learning, and app optimization, contributing to millions in additional annual revenue through app licensing, conferences, and training.

Few speakers can connect culture, technology, leadership, research, and large-scale implementation from this depth of experience. Dr. Bernadin’s doctoral research examined the leadership traits and strategies associated with successful House System implementation in elementary and middle schools. Through his Science of Houses work, he translates that research and nearly two decades of practice into actionable frameworks for strengthening belonging, motivation, shared identity, student and staff leadership, and long-term sustainability.

Dr. Bernadin does not speak about culture from the sidelines. He has helped build it, scale it, study it, and guide others in sustaining it.

His systems-building experience extends well beyond the House System. Dr. Bernadin designed and implemented the Ron Clark Academy’s comprehensive technology infrastructure across two major campus expansions, including the multimillion-dollar Ryan Marshall Performing Arts Center. His work has also included collaborations and educational initiatives involving MIT, Carnegie Mellon, and Microsoft. As a student mentor and coach, he has helped lead RCA teams that earned 16 national championships across step and MATHCOUNTS competitions.

Dr. Bernadin is a recipient of the Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring, the nation’s highest honor for STEM mentoring. His additional recognitions include being named one of the Top 100 Leaders in Education by the Global Forum for Education and Learning, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40, Georgia Trend’s 40 Under 40, Florida State University’s Thirty Under Thirty, a Walmart Community Playmaker, and one of TV One and McDonald’s People Behind the People.

A Haitian-American raised in Miami, Dr. Bernadin holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University, a master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Regis University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands.
