Ryan Oakes

Ryan Oakes is a magician and mentalist who has performed throughout the US for over 20 years. His unique brand of mystery melds psychological persuasion and deft manipulation to create an interactive experience for his audiences. As a performer, he's been profiled by Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times and has appeared on HARRY with Harry Connick Jr, The View, CNN, The Discovery Channel, The Disney Channel, and ESPN. Ryan also co-starred in The Real Hustle, a television series about con artists that aired on the truTV network. He is the spokesman and consultant for a line of children’s magic sets, which are distributed internationally under the Ideal toy brand. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and resides in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
