For more than a decade, Rachel Druckenmiller led national well being and employee engagement initiatives in the corporate world. Working as the Director of Wellbeing & Employee Engagement, she saw how disengagement, stress and burnout undermined people’s energy and productivity. Her own life mirrored those challenges—years of striving left her burned out, and a car accident that fractured her spine forced her to pause and re evaluate.
During recovery she discovered a deep well of resilience, creativity and hope. She began advocating for herself, reclaiming her voice and channeling her passion for connecting with and empowering others. Today she is a keynote speaker and singer songwriter who helps people “unmute” themselves, navigate challenges with courage and amplify what’s possible.
Rachel creates experiences that motivate and energize people to show up with greater purpose, performance, confidence and connection. Her keynote programs invite audiences to reflect, connect and take meaningful action so they leave with both inspiration and practical tools. Having earned a master’s degree in Health Science and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she grounds her work in research and nearly two decades of experience.
Rachel’s impact has been recognized with numerous honors: Smart Meetings named her a 2023 “Best of the Stage” speaker, Forbes selected her as a Next1000 honoree, Workforce Magazine recognized her as a “40 Under 40 Game Changer,” and the Wellness Council of America named her the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the U.S. She notes that 99 % of attendees say her sessions are valuable and 98 % want to hear her speak again. Through interactive keynotes, experiential workshops and music, Rachel helps leaders and teams unmute their voices so they can contribute with clarity, courage and purpose.
