Kayla Dornfeld is a third grade teacher, author, keynote speaker, and the CEO of Top Dog Teaching. She is the 2019 North Dakota Teacher of the Year, the 2020 USA Top Educator of the Year, and the 2026 Empowered Woman of the Year.
