Born in Cyprus, Xen was educated in Australia attending the University of Wollongong where he achieved his degree in Sports Science. Xen's passion for competition and achievement in sport soon earned him an impressive track record in Australian National Basketball and Bodybuilding.

His commitment to continually putting health and fitness first has been demonstrated during the 25 years he's shared the science of fitness with private clients and health clubs around the globe. As a Consultant with a global fitness equipment corporation, Xen has helped plan and launch over a hundred health clubs throughout Asia and the South Pacific.

Recognised as a results focused, remarkable 'personal trainer' Xen has been pursued by well-known politicians and high profile clients both in Australia and Asia.

Understanding that the source of outstanding fitness training starts with the mind and not the body, Xen adds his unique qualities of leadership and motivation, using his intuitive insight to support his clients through the difficult times and continually challenge them to deliver their best.

As a young, new immigrant to Australia and the last in a family of six, Xen has always been driven by a relentless desire to learn, grow and develop. To this end he has dedicated his life to studying the greatest political, personal development and sports leaders of our time. He wants to know what their "burning drivers" are, how they manage challenges and setbacks and what he can learn from them. This precious knowledge he shares generously through his seminars.

Now based in Surfers Paradise on Australia's Gold Coast, Xen is the CEO of The X-Factor Human Performance Systems - a learning academy for business executives and individuals who want to maximize their potential and live life to the fullest.
