He previously served as head of Learning and Development for Physician Services at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), where he directed learning strategy and implementation for one of the largest physician groups in the United States. Prior to his years of service in healthcare, he spent a decade working in leadership and program development roles in student affairs in higher education and taught leadership courses at two major universities.
