Biography

For more than 15 years, Cameron has worked with organizations, leaders, and teams, helping them unlock new levels of performance in the face of constant change.

He hosts The Edge of Possible, which has been featured as a Top 100 self-improvement podcast on Apple Podcasts, and delivers high-energy keynote experiences and training programs that challenge audiences to dream big, take bold, decisive action, and develop the daily discipline that turns ambition into results.

Cameron’s own journey is a living example of the message he delivers. He went from growing up on a farm in Outback Australia with 11 people in his graduating class to becoming a National Geographic Explorer, giving a TEDx talk in Rome, delivering keynotes across multiple continents, and building a rapidly growing podcast in America.

He’s still chasing ambitious dreams of his own. At 35, he dedicated 2,000 hours to learning the guitar within his first 500 days of playing. Now, at 41, he’s training to become a professional pickleball player, proof that it’s never too late to challenge your limits.

Cameron now lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife Brittany and their Aussie Shepherd "Indy," and is proudly known as Uncle Cam to six wonderful kids.
