Nathan Jamail is the author of three best selling books, "The Leadership Playbook", "The Sales Leaders Playbook" and "The Sales Professionals Playbook" and his soon to be released "Serve Up & Coach Down, although he will tell you he is not a writer, rather a business leader that writes books for business leaders.
Nathan spent the last two decades helping and coaching leaders on how to build winning cultures and helping great leaders become great coaches. Nathan's passion and enthusiasm is said to be felt in every one of his keynotes and workshops. Nathan understands the difficulties that many leaders face in balancing the job of running the business and developing employees. As a business leader in Corporate America and a small business owner for over 20 years, Nathan has a great deal of personal experience in the role of a leader and more importantly a coach.
Nathan started his professional career in retail sales, then insurance sales then business to business sales. Nathan spent a decade as a commission sales person. Nathan understands what it takes to serve clients as a sales professional and to make a successful living. Nathan has taught thousands of sales professional and leaders how to take their success to higher levels. As a sales professional, corporate leader and small business owner, Nathan understand the day in and day out grind and struggles of his clients and is committed to serving every single one of them.

Nathan lives in Southern California, has been married to his bride and the love of his life Shannon for 10 years, has four children and is driven by his love for his family. He also likes to say that he is not worthy of his success and the many blessings he has been given over his life, but he is incredibly grateful.
