Paul Vaughn is a Christian father of 11, a former pastor, and prolife advocate. Paul has been involved in the prolife movement for over 30 years. More recently, Paul leads Personhood TN, which included an active sidewalk counseling ministry in Nashville, TN.
In October of 2022, Paul was indicted by Biden's Department of Justice for conspiracy charges and violation of the FACE Act. He was facing 11 years in federal prison and $350,000 in fines for his peaceful presence at a prolife event where he broke no law. 18 months after he attended this prolife event, Paul was arrested at gun point by the FBI. This gestapo style early morning raid took place at his farmhouse in front of his wife and children. Paul's wife captured a video of the raid that went viral. Paul was convicted and sentenced to 6 months of house arrest and 3 years of supervised release.
On January 23, 2025, President Trump pardoned Paul and 22 other pro-lifers who had endured persecution at the hands of the Biden administration. Paul's case was still on appeal when the pardon was issued. The case has now been formally vacated by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and remanded to the Middle District Court of Tennessee for dismissal of the original indictment in response to the Presidential Pardon.
Paul's case has received extensive media coverage and has been featured on Fox News, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Mike Huckabee, Matt Walsh, Epoch Times, Live Action, Catholic Radio and more. The excessive force and weaponization of the law by the DOJ brought him before a US congressional committee to share his story in December of 2024. In addition, he participated in a Heritage Foundation panel with Congressman Chip Roy and several key legal figures on March 6th of 2025. This panel was dedicated to the repeal of the FACE Act, and explored the abuse and weaponization of the DOJ in using the FACE Act to target peaceful pro-lifers.
Paul speaks about his experience under a weaponized Government and standing strong through life's trials. He has a heart for the Church and for encouraging families to stand firm in the faith through the trials with Christian humility and courage. Through these experiences Paul has seen first hand what it means to live a Christian life in the midst of persecution. He has a passionate message and a strong desire to share this experience with every American.
