The best speaker we've ever had. An audience of Doctors is extremely hard to please. Mark's feedback figures: Content = 94% Delivery = 96% Take Home = 93% speak for themselves. Outstanding.

Doing the important things without excuse or distraction (Go Zone). Developing a habit to get more done, while enjoying periods of lower intensity (Slow Zone) and total recovery (No Zone). Much more than time management, work effectiveness, aging well and getting every drop out of life.
The Go Zone will teach you to do the things you need to do even when you do not want to! The GO ZONE is an elevated level of thought, behavior and action that can be available to us when we need to be at our best.
Change is inevitable (except from vending machines). Don't just deal with it, embrace it. Only when you embrace that change is inevitable will you be in a position to reap the rewards that change can bring!
Denial (the Titanic can't sink) and Resistance (It's not fair, I'm staying on board) are outmoded. We teach how to move straight to Adjustment (better check for lifeboats just in case) and Acceptance (better here in the lifeboat than back on the sinking ship).
Resilience is not being ‘so strong’ or ‘impervious to pressure’ that nothing ever worries us. Rather, Resilience is about coping mechanisms and crucially, it’s the ability to bounce back. It’s a core principle in maintaining sustainable peak performance.
The 4 Pillars are: Physical (Body), Emotional (Heart), Cognitive (Mind) and Spiritual (Soul).
Understand your strengths and weaknesses with a quantifiable breakdown of the 4 Resilience Pillars. Everyone rates himself or herself on each element to end up with a score out of 30 (your Ideal Performance State Score). Focusses on key strategies and practical skills to boost areas of concern and cement Resilience strengths.
The IPS consists of 10 Factors including posture, nutrition, hydration, connections, passions, sleep and de-stressing. Each factor has 3 subsets, therefore comprising a total of 30 elements. Participants rate themselves against each element and end up with a score out of 30.
While many participants score in the low to mid teens (or lower) to be able to ‘dial up’ our IPS, we need to be able to ’score’ at least 24 out of the 30. This is the definition of being in the IPS.
The session concludes with strategies and advice on being able to ’tick off’ more elements. Participants are encouraged to choose 2 immediately actionable elements and 2 that will require more consistent effort. The beauty of the concept is that every single one of the 30 IPS elements are achievable for everyone. All are within reach.
