Blending the essentials of LIFE, LOVES, & LABORS: This talk focuses on getting out of the mind set of trying to BALANCE 3 main areas of our existence (Life, Love & Labors) but rather to learn how to BLEND them as a productive life set. Perfect talk for the person who is trying to do it “all” and not lose “it” at the same time!
This fun yet informative talk focuses on how leaders can better connect with those they are responsible for and to. As leaders we have to understand that to ensure steady progress we dont have to get into the personal business of employees, but we DO need for the employees to into the business more personally. C.A.R.E. is a program that does EXACTLY that.
Don’t let the title fool you, this talk has nothing to do with a marriage proposal, but has everything to do with developing an amazing relationship between employees, leaders and company culture. Many employees and leaders have no idea what it is to be “engaged” but in this workshop, they’ll not only learn but leap!
