Biography
Mr. Williams is a U.S. Marine and social entrepreneur who in 2016 received the Humanitarian of the Year award by Think Realty. Recon, a veteran focused venture is featured on HGTV as he Hosted Flip or Flop Fort Worth." A seasoned real estate professional with a passion for community service, Mr. Williams continues to leverage the skills from his career in anti-terrorism with the Marines, paramilitary operations with Blackwater, and most recently entrepreneurial ventures within Blackstone Tactical Opportunities fund to create change within his veteran community.
In 2019 Mr. Williams launched Rehab Warriors a social venture structured to empower transitioning veterans to become home rehabbers, homebuilders, and affordable housing developers in America, to combat America's housing crisis. His firm operating on a triple bottom line approach: vertically integrated real estate investment firm executing full scale community revitalization with a focus on sustainability and social impact.
The founder of Certified B Corporation, Andy Williams is working hard to disrupt the status quo, create positive change, and empower solutions towards today's most pressing problem.

Mr. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and is in pursuit of his masters in industrial organization psychology.
