Assembling a community of individuals to learn new ideas is essential to the event industry. It is the most effective way to strengthen teams, grow an industry, develop a movement and improve ourselves.

While the benefit of live events is unquestionable, the obvious hurdles of today remain. In many areas, large groups are not possible. This leaves us the obvious question:

What are my options?

Below are three paths to an impactful event

  • Livestream Your Live Event
  • Live Event with Added Webinar Value
  • Virtual Event (Webinar)

You will not find this to be an exhaustive tech list. Its purpose is to provide an ideal path to a solution. We know that your event is vital to the growth of your business or industry. And we stand ready as a partner.

1. Livestream your Live Event

This model combines the power of in-person meetings with the accessibility of a webinar. A professional speaker delivers an on-stage presentation to physical attendees. You capture the energy and emotion of the moment. In addition, you provide a livestream of the event to attendees through a private medium.

If your past events have utilized on-stage screens to highlight the presenter, you have the experience for this model.

Event Checklist:

  • At least two cameras (Stationary and mobile)
  • Dedicated internet (Fiber or T1 is necessary)
  • Speaker approval to livestream
  • Streaming site

2. Live Event with Added Webinar Value

This model combines the Live Event approach with pre-event webinar(s) to build your attendee numbers and value. It requires a presenter with quality webinar content and a studio. Utilize the webinar in the weeks or months prior to the live event to provide current value for attendees. The live event is the keystone of the conversation that has been building up to the event.

Event Checklist:

  • At least two cameras (Stationary and mobile)
  • Dedicated internet (Fiber or T1 is necessary)
  • Speaker approval to livestream
  • Streaming site

Webinar Checklist:

  • Webinar platform (Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, etc)
  • Confirm the Presenter has fiber or T1 connection
  • Rehearse presentation prior to going “live”

3. Virtual Event (Webinar)

Premiere Speakers Bureau represents many thought-leaders with the ability to present to your attendees in a completely virtual format. Many have developed their virtual presentations through years of work prior to the current environment. These presentations are “turn-key” content solutions that can then be tailored to the needs and expectations of your event.

Event Checklist:

  • Webinar platform (Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, etc)
  • Confirm the Presenter has fiber or T1 connection
  • Rehearse presentation prior to going “live”

Each model has rewards and risks. While less expensive, virtual meetings can lose attention spans and drop engagement. Live events have the extra “magic” but may not be an option. We know you are pivoting and growing at this moment. Whatever the need, we will walk with you through this process.
