We're kicking off the Premiere Fall Roadshow, highlighting top speakers in our top event cities.  To make things more fun, we'll also be sharing favorite restaurants, memories, and things to do from our Premiere crew.

We'll hit the biggies like Orlando, Las Vegas, Dallas, Denver, and our 'home' cities of Nashville and Chicago, but I'm going to kick things off with the fast-rising event city, Indianapolis.

Of course, it's mainly just an excuse for me to post this picture with the Manning family:

There's a funny story that goes along with this picture.  I'm Indiana born and raised. My family has had a farm 70 miles north of Indianapolis since 1860.  Over 30 years in the industry, I've met (and booked) some famous people, including six heads of state. My grandma couldn't care less. But when her grandson booked Indianapolis Colts legend Peyton Manning? Oh, that picture is going on the wall!

Here are a few Indianapolis speakers (either based there or with ties to Indiana) to get you started:

Frank Reich is one of my favorites. He took me out to lunch way back in 2002 or so and explained that his parents had been teachers, he'd learned how to speak at a young age, and of course, he was "Captain Comeback".  Literally- he led the biggest comebacks in football history- not just his famous comeback for the Bills against Houston in the playoffs that helped them get to the Super Bowl, but he also led the biggest comeback in NCAA history, too.

Indianapolis Colts legend Jeff Saturday is a great speaker, too.  Clients are always amazed at how much time he puts into getting to know the client and customizing his presentation.

Sage Steele: Former ESPN Broadcaster, Speaker on Diversity, Veterans Advocate (who graduated from Carmel (IN) High School and went to Indiana University).

Scott McKain: Business Thinker. Platform Original. Bestselling Author.  (who lived in Indy for a long time)

Top Indianapolis Restaurant Recommendations:

This is hard because I was a poor college student when I did my various internships in Indianapolis. (To save money, I once ate a six-inch Subway meatball sub every single weekday in January 1996 because they had a $2 special going on.) St. Elmo's Steak House is on my bucket list but I've never eaten there.  I did splurge one time and eat at a PF Changs, but you can do that almost anywhere.  Le Peep was a popular breakfast place.  I'm sure as we do more cities on the Premiere Fall Roadshow, the foodies from Premiere will give you more options.

Derek Daly: You can't have an Indianapolis post without including an Indy 500 expert, and Derek Daly is your guy.  In addition to motivation, teamwork, and overcoming obstacles, he's also a top safety speaker.

Jim Harbaugh: Before leading the 49ers to the Super Bowl and claiming a National Championship for the Michigan Wolverines, Jim Harbaugh was my favorite football player for a while as the quarterback of the "Cardiac Colts".  (Had replay existed back then, he would have led them to the Superbowl).  I even wore a #4 jersey for a while.

Sue Reynolds: Sue was a grandmother who couldn't walk to her mailbox without losing her breath. For some reason, she decided to become a triathlete, lost 200(!) pounds, and eventually became one of the top triathletes in the world in her age group.  And we graduated from the same small school (DePauw).

Steve Alford: Olympian, College Coach, and Indiana Hoosiers legend.

Damian Mason: Businessman, Agriculturist, Speaker, Podcaster, Writer, and Consultant.

Coming up on the Premiere Fall Roadshow, we'll hit Orlando, Dallas, Las Vegas, Chicago, Nashville and more!
