- Being a part of something bigger than yourself
Professionally
▪ in being in front of a camera for a national audience TV renovation show,
▪ overseeing complex construction projects involving leading an army of people to
accomplish a focused task,
▪ my current transitional position of taking over the operations of the
construction company in Florida where I cut my teeth on in the industry simply
picking up concrete blocks and 2x4s on jobsites in high school,
▪ overcoming and admitting failures, shortcomings & mistakes.
Personally
▪ in having a severely medically fragile child (and ultimately his passing), ▪ adopting 3 boys at once,
▪ competing in triathlons, half marathons, college football, etc.
I can touch on any/all of these above subjects as I have personally lived/am living them.
