Your Happiness Quotient: We examine the latest studies on happiness and see that we play a crucial part in determining our own sense of well-being. Through dramatization, we see how our self-talk plays a major part in how we feel about ourselves. How we feel about ourselves is equal to our self-esteem, which plays a big part in our success and happiness in our lives at work and at home.

Creating New Pathways: Latest brain science has exposed to world to the term neuroplasticity. In other words, we have the ability to change our brain. We look at strategies to begin to live our best lives through visualization and affirmations.
