Customized Experiential 2-3hr Deep Dive
WHAT: This program is designed with company leaders, and content is delivered in concert with leadership to address the goals and challenges of change. The program is between 2-3hrs and is a robust deep dive experience that incorporates transparency and trust into the session by breaking Gary’s content out with content from leadership. For example, Gary will take a 60min presentation and break it out into four 15min segments. Each 15min segment would be followed by a 10-15min content piece from a leader addressing how Gary’s content relates to the organization and the feedback they have received from employee responses. By the end of this session, employees at every level will feel heard but will also have a better understanding of what the leadership is thinking and opportunities for how to move forward together.
AUDIENCE: This deep dive can be delivered to an entire organization or divisions of the organization.
