THE ART OF BEING UNMISTAKABLE
STANDING OUT IN A SEA OF NOISE

In a noisy world, standing out in a sea of noise is essential for every brand, business or creator. It’s not a matter of success. It’s a matter of survival. There’s always an alternative for a product or service that is better, cheaper, and faster. By uncovering a unique advantage that nobody else can replicate business and brands make their competition irrelevant.

•Uncover the the essential ingredients that make an organizations products and services unmistakable
•Identify the “magic moment.” Know when the customer falls in love with your product or service
•Design experiences that customers can’t help but talk about
•Combine insights from multiple industries and art forms to come up with innovative new ideas
Budding entrepreneurs face down a variety of challenges as they work to transform an innovative idea into a real-world success. However, before they can worry about cash flow management or hiring quality employees, they need a product or service that stands out.

As a speaker, Srinivas takes his audience through a series of steps, at the end of which, they’ll have a clear idea of their unique value and how to promote it. With his guidance, the audience will:

•Rewrite industry best practices. Leave behind “rules” that no longer serve you and create ones that do.
•Develop creative confidence. Overcome fear and doubt to execute new ideas.
•Cultivate creative habits. Practice daily habits that promote innovative thinking and creative breakthroughs.
•Identify the “magic moment.” Know when the customer falls in love with your product or service

Srinivas believes in finding out what’s truly unique about a company, individual, product or service. After all, if a business can identify something they offer that no other business does and effectively communicate that value to customers, then they can kiss competitors goodbye

BUILDING A MORE ATTENTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE COMPANY

Attention is the currency of achievement. But it’s under assault from email, text message, social media and information overload. As a result, employees are overwhelmed, unproductive, and distracted. They spend excessive amounts of time on low-value tasks like checking and responding to email, which doesn’t generate revenue, but also comes at the opportunity cost of building products and services that increase the bottom line.

In this workshop, participants will learn:

•Research-backed productivity strategies to reduce overwhelm and anxiety
•How to Hack Flow-States to achieve peak performance and a 500 percent increase in productivity
•How create an environment for change that automatically leads to new behaviors and habits
•To become more effective collaborators and get the most out of the workforce
