Susan Fowler is the author of the bestseller Why Motivating People Doesn't Work and What Does and co-author of the newly revised bestseller, Self Leadership and The One Minute Manager with Ken Blanchard and Laurence Hawkins. Fowler is a senior consulting partner for The Ken Blanchard Companies and lead developer of their Self Leadership and Optimal Motivation product lines.
Widely respected as one of the foremost thought leaders on the science of motivation, leadership, and personal empowerment, Susan is a globally sought-after speaker and consultant.
