Biography

Steve Aguirre is a coach, speaker, facilitator, and the founder of Real Fun Growth (RFG). RFG is a global leadership consulting firm that works with Fortune 500 clients across an array of industries. Steve started RFG because he found that most corporate training is boring, impractical, and lacks sustainability.
 
RFG is a leadership consultancy firm focused on solving these problems.  We all know that a company’s greatest resource is their people and RFG is focused on unlocking everyone’s potential. Steve has a background in financial services having worked at PIMCO as an Account Manager. After his time at PIMCO, he completed his MBA at the Wharton School where he was president of the Comedy Club. After earning his MBA, he moved into leadership consulting and he absolutely loves what he does! 
 
Steve lives in Cincinnati with his wife who is a pediatrician and his 3 children, including a newborn.
