For over 10 years, Rich Wolter has served as a catalyst for change in the lives of young people across the country. He has personally coached, mentored, and motivated teens from all walks of life, speaking alongside some of today's most sought after student communicators.

Rich is a husband, father, successful business man, and inspirational speaker driven to see a generation rise above every label and statistic, embracing a vision and blueprint for an extraordinary life.
