Biography

Peter Isler is a two-time America's Cup winner and has sailed in five America's Cups - four times for Dennis Conner's Stars & Stripes team and most recently as the navigator for Larry Ellison's BMW Oracle Racing Team challenge in Valencia, Spain. He is world-renowned sailor, Emmy Award-winning television personality (ESPN, ABC, NBC Sports Network, VERSUS, Outdoor Life, and Speed Channel), motivational speaker, lecturer, and a best-selling author. Peter has made keynote speeches to dozens of Fortune 500 companies and his presentations are popular for audiences of all types. A graduate of Yale University, where he won the "Heisman Trophy" of college sailing, he has written four books including "At the Helm - Business Lessons for Navigating Rough Waters" (Doubleday & Macmillan) which incorporates many of the elements of his corporate speeches where he analogizes success in competitive sailing to success in business.
