I hope you are beginning to find new rhythms, enjoying the beautiful spring weather, staying healthy and finding hope in the midst of this COVID-19 crisis that has drastically so changed all of our lives.
I'm going to be totally honest with you--it's been hard for me to keep posting on social media, recording podcasts and even being my usual positive, upbeat self in the midst of a health crisis that has life-or-death consequences for so many.
I want to keep you inspired and help you live the dream, but I also want to be authentic to how so many of us are feeling right now.
With that being said, before all of this hit, I recorded some podcast episodes that contain some really valuable insights that I can't not share with you. And some of these episodes are even relevant in ways that I wasn't even thinking about when we recorded.
One of those episodes is with Judson Laipply. Even if you don't recognize his name, I guarantee you'd recognize him. He was the star of the first viral video ever on YouTube--the first video ever to reach a million views and a million likes way back in the day.
On episode #45: From Managing Change to Leading Evolution, you'll get to hear which video it was. Judson is also talking about something we're all dealing with: Change. How we can create it. How we can thrive in it when we didn't choose it. How the best brands handle it.
He's also talking about the power of social media, something that we're all spending more time on these days. He's sharing helpful mindsets for parents of teens, the anatomy of what makes for a viral video, and why it's so important that we encourage each other outside of the screen.

You can find this episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Google Play.
I hope it gives you the encouragement you need!
