Rick Carucci
Biography

Rick Carucci has recently retired as President of Yum Brands, Inc. where he was responsible for 33,000 KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell restaurants in over 120 countries. He was previously Yum's CFO for seven years, during which time Yum's stock price tripled. Altogether, Rick has thirty years of combined experience at Yum and PepsiCo, Inc. More than half of his experience was in international business which included positions where he was based in Cyprus and Australia. He is a member of the Board of Directors of VF Corporation. Rick graduated with an M.B.A. from the Haas Business School in 1984 and a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University in 1979. He and his wife Julee have been married for 28 years . They still like each other and have two delightful daughters.
