We live in a world where so much has changed. Lamenting over how things used to be prevents us from seeing all the new gifts unfolding today. Some of us may be able to embrace change more easily than others, but to some degree, we are all comparing life today with how it was in the past. And unfortunately, it's likely that we are remembering what was good about yesterday, compared to what is challenging about today. Our ability to go with the flow, personally and professional, affects our work and the impact we have on our relationships (co-workers, family, friends, etcetera).

Discover how to use mindfulness to become an ambassador of gratitude
