Robert (Bob) Caruso is the Executive Director of the Voice of the Customer practice at J.D. Power and Associates. This consulting group works with businesses in many industries to leverage the firm's four decades of leading customer satisfaction research and analysis to create individualized, customer-focused strategies that enhance their bottom line.
Mr. Caruso's experience includes sales, brand management and business development operations with a particular emphasis on integrating the customer's voice within the operating environment. He has led numerous customer relationship transformations in internet, high technology, telecommunications and entertainment companies.
Prior to joining J.D. Power and Associates, Mr. Caruso led customer relationship management practice areas at Deloitte, Computer Sciences Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also held several executive positions at Rockwell and was an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Caruso is frequent speaker and writer on the subject of customer-focused organizational transformation.
Mr. Caruso received a master's degree in educational leadership from Bradley University and a bachelor's degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
