“Life on the Craving Train© – and How to Jump Off!”

From the moment we wake up it seems that we are controlled by WANT. It’s as if we inadvertently get onto a “Craving Train” that rolls down the tracks and takes over our freedom and power of choice. We eat things, buy things, say things and do things out of habit and with little thought. We think that “out there” – at some destination yet to be reached - we will find health, peace and happiness. In her humorous and poignant style, Kathy Cleveland Bull will help us jump off the moving Craving Train and regain control of our health and well-being.
Kathy helps clients with health, wellness and eating related issues as Director of the Center for Eating Psychology and as a certified Eating Psychology Coach.

Practicing Gratefulness in Turbulent Times

“Gratefulness is the inner gesture of giving meaning to our life by receiving life as gift.” – Brother David Steindl-Rast
How can we appreciate the great gift of life while at the same time hold the suffering of those in our community and in our world? What is grateful living and how does one develop a practice of gratefulness that can inform our work and our life? In this emotionally intense and dynamic seminar, participants will engage with the art of grateful living through story, poetry, sharing and video. Together we will explore more deeply and intentionally the concept of a freely given Universe and how to integrate the only appropriate response, Gratefulness!
