Writer & Author

Judge Pirro is the author of three books. Her first book, To Punish and Protect: One DA’s Fight Against a System That Coddles Criminals was a collection of essays focusing on the most horrific imaginable crimes, from sexual predators pursuing children to spousal murder, from elder abuse to hate crimes. For each type of atrocity, Pirro cites examples drawn from her firsthand prosecutorial experience. Throughout, she empathizes with the victims and their families, comforting them and advocating expanded public services to help them heal as well as urging reform of the criminal justice system. This book serves several purposes: to stoke public consciousness of crime and contempt for criminals, to mobilize support for toughening the penal laws, and to position the author as a remorselessly angry crusader. As she states, hers is an elected position, and a book such as this will serve the author well as campaign literature.

Judge Pirro’s first foray into fiction, Sly Fox, the first in a series, was released in July 2012, Her second release, Clever Fox, came out in July of 2013. Drawing from her own past as a dynamic, hard-charging former district attorney, Judge Pirro's page-turners are ripped from the headlines, full of gripping details, authentic thrills, and suspenseful realism that can only come from a courtroom litigator who's been in the trenches.

Middle East Politics

Of Lebanese descent, Judge Pirro takes a personal interest in Middle Eastern Politics. She has used her Fox News show, “Justice with Judge Jeanine,” as a forum to discuss many political issues facing the Middle East, such as the battle for control of the Gaza Strip, the flight of the Coptic Christians, and the rise of radical Muslims and extremist groups such as ISIS. These features have drawn Pirro a huge social media fan base throughout the Middle East.

Pirro often uses her opens to highlight ongoing US security concerns such as weaknesses in our power grids and our unsecured southern borders.
