We are honored to introduce Michelle Poler and Shane Feldman at the 2019 Forum at Premiere.

Born and raised in Caracas-Venezuela, Michelle Poler is a creative and passionate social entrepreneur, keynote speaker, fear facer and branding strategist. She is the Founder of Hello Fears, and the creator of the project 100 Days Without Fear. She has spoken to global brands including TEDx, Google, Yum Brands, Facebook, Wells Fargo, ESPN, Netflix, Procter and Gamble, Microsoft and Toyota. Her work has been featured on CBS, CNN, Huffington Post, Buzzfeed, Fox News, Telemundo, Glamour, Elle, The Rachael Ray Show, Refinery29 and Daily Mail among many others.

Shane Feldman helps audiences activate the leader within and connect more authentically with colleagues and customers. As the Founder & CEO of Count Me In, Shane Feldman is the visionary behind the world's largest millennial-led movement. Over the past decade, Count Me In, has initiated tens of thousands of projects worldwide, contributing a value of over $2.6 billion to the global economy through service. He has been featured by Larry King, Dr. Oz, Forbes, People Magazine, and his documentary TV series from A&E follows his community building work. Shane has worked with some of the world's most dynamic companies including Google, Microsoft, and The Walt Disney Company, and he has been recognized by The White House, The Prime Minister of Canada and The United Nations for his achievements in community leadership.
