Chad Carden is the Founder and CEO of The Carden Group, an executive coaching and leadership firm. Chad brings a wealth of experience working with leading experts such as the Dale Carnegie organization, Zig Ziglar, Tracom, Gallup and others, to add relevance, value and real action to organizations across the globe.

His clients reach across markets and include AT&T, KU Med, The Missouri Department of Corrections, Capital Region Medical Center, Aflac, UBS, JP Morgan, YMCA, Midwest Block and Brick, and many more. With a focus on culture transformation, Chad's high energy and passion are engaging and infectious! He is a straight shooter and understands that business today is all about building stronger relationships with the people you work with and serve. His work has expanded to over 40 countries, translated in 15 languages, and continues to drive a global impact.

Chad has had the privilege of working with the White House to discuss how to impact today's small businesses and is the author of two books: WINNING THE MONEY GAME, helping young people to understand the importance of financial awareness, which has been endorsed and leveraged in over 500 high schools and colleges across the nation. His most recent book, P.E.P.P, preparation, execution, persistence, and patience, provides relevant insights on creating a road map for positive transformation and success.

Chad lives in Jefferson City, MO with his wife Sarah and is the proud father of two incredible young boys.
