Value

Do you create value for your customers?

If you don't then it is a race to the bottom, and more often than not, the cheaper guy wins.

Not me! I want to have fun and create value for using ME. If my prices aren’t the lowest, let me tell you why. Let me explain why it is best for you to do business with me!

How?

Go pro in my sport– I want to be as smart in my “sport” as anybody. I want to be able to give you the answer to any question you might have!

Care– I care about what the right option for you is, not about how much money I could make.

Habitual– You will hear from me constantly and consistently. I have a newsletter that goes out every week and I call 20-30 people a day to check in to see how I can help. For my customers, I contact them every time there is any change/update, and keep them in the know of the timeline for completion.

Love– I love on you and your family just like you were mine.

Thankful– I want you to know I appreciate your business.

Of course, there are other ways to create value, but I believe these are the best ways.

Which ones should you improve on?

What would you add to the list?
