TJ Power is the lead neuroscientist and founder of the DOSE Lab, as well as the instant Sunday Times Bestselling author of The DOSE Effect. His work investigates how dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins influence mental and physical health, particularly in the context of our digitally driven lifestyles. The DOSE Lab is a leading organization in the mental health sector, specializing in both conducting research and delivering relatable, science-backed strategies to empower individuals to improve their mental well-being by rebalancing their brain chemistry.

TJ began his academic journey by completing his degrees at the University of Exeter. He further enhanced his academic contributions by lecturing at Exeter University, where he developed a distinctive component of a third-year module focused on the neuroscience of mindfulness, alongside publishing a paper in the Journal of Cognition. While teaching, he recognized a critical gap in mental health support across schools and organizations, leading him to create the DOSE® framework—a revolutionary approach to rebalancing brain chemistry for better health, mood, and performance.
