Biography
Matt Paige is the VP of Strategy at HatchWorks AI, where he helps organizations unlock the value of AI to transform how they operate and compete. At HatchWorks, Matt leads initiatives spanning AI strategy, product innovation, and go-to-market execution, working with executives and teams to turn AI ideas into measurable business outcomes.
He is the host of the Talking AI Podcast and HatchWorks AI Labs, where he interviews industry leaders, builders, and innovators at the forefront of generative AI. His insights and thought leadership reach thousands of executives, creators, and AI practitioners worldwide through podcasts, workshops, and speaking engagements.
Before joining HatchWorks, Matt has held roles in strategy, marketing, product, and data analytics, working with organizations from startup to Fortune 500. He is also a contributor to the Agentics Foundation, serves as an advisor to Noble, and actively supports the AI creator and startup ecosystem.
Matt holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and is passionate about helping leaders navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape with clarity, confidence, and a bias for action.
