Daniela Riccardi has extensive experience operating businesses and brands in the international consumer and retail industry. In 2013 from the position of CEO of Diesel, a leading fashion and lifestyle brand, she was appointed CEO of Baccarat, the over 250 years old crystal manufacturer symbol of French art de vivre and iconic luxury brand. Daniela Riccardi spent 25 years at Procter & Gamble, where she held numerous senior roles including Vice President in Colombia, Mexico, and Venezuela. From 2001 to 2004, she worked as Vice President and General Manager for Eastern Europe and Russia, based in Moscow. From 2005 to 2010, she was President of Procter & Gamble Greater China, one of the company's fastest-growing regions, running a multibillion dollars business and a large organization.
Daniela is a member of the board of WPP, the largest communication company in the world operating across 112 countries. She is also a member of the board of Kering, the French Luxury goods company and of Comite Colbert, an association of French Luxury Brands and cultural institutions.
Daniela Riccardi graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Rome - La Sapienza (Italy) and holds a degree in Political Science and International Studies. Prior to that, she completed professional studies in classic and modern dance at the National Dance Academy in Rome. She speaks fluent French, English, Spanish and Italian.
