Ben Cook is program director, facilitator and keynote speaker for these programs. Ben is a former strength coach at UNC when Dean Smith was the basketball coach there and he helped coach the team to four final fours. Later he was a pit crew coach and strength coach for Everham Motorsports, Red Bull Racing and Michael Waltrip Racing. Ben is a superb public speaker and offers an interactive program filled with interesting personal antidotes, helmet cam video footage from Cup races and other personal experience regarding his days in the pits and at UNC.
