Willow Weston is a national bestselling Author, Speaker, Podcast Host, Conference Curator, and Founder of Collide, a Pacific Northwest–based nonprofit ministry with national reach impacting thousands of women. With over 25 years of ministry experience, Willow brings passion, truth, humor and story into every room. She is a wife and mom and loves parties, coffee, beaches, sunsets, kid cuddles, and meaningful stories.
Speaking of meaningful stories, Willow is the author of Collide: Running into Healing When Life Hands You Hurt, inviting readers to courageously face unresolved pain and find healing in Jesus. Willow vulnerably shares her own story of brokenness and beauty, inspiring others to embrace hope and find healing.
Willow helps people uncover the hidden wounds shaping their lives and discover the freedom that comes through honest healing. She challenges audiences to stop managing their pain and start healing it with Jesus. Willow believes that when we allow God to heal our own hurts, that healing doesn't stop with us, it ripples outward into our marriages, friendships, families, churches, and communities. With a blend of vulnerability, biblical truth, humor, and practical wisdom, she creates spaces where people feel seen, understood, and invited into lasting transformation.
Willow's passion for this message grew out of her own journey. After colliding with Jesus in college, she experienced Him as her Healer, Hope, Rescuer, and Redeemer in the midst of her brokenness. What began as a personal encounter with God's healing power became a lifelong calling to help others experience the same freedom. In 2014, she founded Collide, a flourishing nonprofit women's ministry that serves women nationwide through conferences, resources, spiritual growth opportunities, and mental health support. Thousands of women have attended Collide Conferences, where Willow has spent years helping women collide with Jesus and never be the same.
Willow also hosts The Collide Podcast, a globally recognized show ranked among the top 1% of Christian podcasts, and listened to in 113 countries. Whether speaking to a room of hundreds or sitting with one, the underlying thread of Willow's message remains consistent: your hurt is not the end of your story. Willow would love to come and inspire, invite and dare your people to run - limping, grieving, doubting, or hopeful - into the arms of Jesus, to discover that the very places we thought would break us can become the places where God brings His deepest healing and greatest transformation.
