Being in leadership for over 20 years now, I have sat through many leadership training sessions and I have to say this has by far been the best program I have attended. In most leadership training in my past, we had just a speaker reading a predetermined script that actually didn't have any connection with what was truly needed for us as leaders, they were just professional speakers.
