In this course, through compelling examples that explore the most common forms of unconscious bias and its implications, let's learn how to recognize and acknowledge your own biases when making decisions, engaging with colleagues, and working effectively in today's organizations. We will discuss the common forms of unconscious bias—affinity bias, halo bias, perception bias, confirmation bias, and group think—and build the skills to effectively address them.
Learn how to shift mindsets and behaviors for better partnership across differences to be a more inclusive leader. Take away fresh insights and skills to help foster a culture of full inclusion where everyone feels valued, respected and engaged.
