There are more women in America living without husbands than women living with husbands. The number of single male and female adults is staggering. This lecture teaches singles how to be exceptionally attractive, even if they are not physically gorgeous. Framed with Christian principles, this lecture includes the latest science about attraction in all its dimensions; including the PIES (Physical, Intellectual, Emotional & Spiritual).

To get employees to do their best, everyone from the CEO to the lowest management level has to understand and implement the right relationship with those who report to them. Five simple techniques, when understood and followed, make every leader more effective by creating a relationship in which both leader and employee respect and serve each other. As a relationship expert, Joe Beam has taught extremely effective sales techniques in large corporations such as Sears Mercantile Company, as well as small businesses. Because selling is helping people get what they want or need, building an immediate and effective relationship is essential whether a person is working retail counter or calling on massive corporations. Joe uses the Bible, modern medical science, and effective sex education for adults to help marriages become wonderful in the bedroom. Mixing in humor to alleviate anxiety in the audience, Joe lectures and then responds to written questions from the audience to address all their questions, fears, and hang-ups about sex.
