Thank you for the wonderful presentation you made at ITLA's 78th Annual Convention and Trade Show in Anaheim last week. Your mixing magic with your oral presentation kept the audience's attention from start to finish.
This was my nineteenth ITLA annual meeting and yours was among the best, if not the best, keynote presentation we have ever had. I think our group, on whole, is difficult to please and they were universal in their praise for you. Your theme of quality customer service complemented the theme established by our out-going president Mitch Rouse which our 1996-97 president, Mark Joseph has vowed to build upon. Your timing and subject matter was suberb.
