Rita Hartney is an international speaker and trainer and author of the book "I'm special". She is the mega-star of customer service and specializes in sales and motivational talks.

Rita has written and implemented the customer service program for several international hotel chains and insurance groups as well as retail stores.

Rita was presented with a "Nothing's Impossible" award by astronaut Neil Armstrong.She has a Masters degree in Training and Development and in recognition of her many accomplishments, she is listed in the 19th edition of the World's Who's Who ofWomen and the 3rd edition of Businessman's Who's Who.
