I wanted to tell you thank you so much for agreeing to come and speak to our employees. We have heard nothing but great things from those who attended. In fact I would say it was the highlight of the week overall.

Lance Allred came to our school and spoke to our students following a crisis on campus. With short notice, Lance was able to rearrange his schedule and help our students through this difficult time. His story of perseverance and standing up against bullying both captivated and helped our students process a vast number of emotions. Lance was charismatic, endearing and his speech deeply heartfelt, inspiring the students and the staff. I strongly recommend him.

Lance was engaging, enlightening and motivating.  During the presentation, the students were truly engaged, participatory and inspired to participate and in some cases, moved to tears.  There are lessons from Lance’s presentations that fit in to everyone’s life in some aspect or another.  People are better off after learning from Lance’s message- life’s lessons for everyone!

As a high school principal and state leadership director, I have had the opportunity to hear many presenters and speakers. Not all of them have a message worthy of taking up academic instruction time. Our assembly time with Lance was well spent as we took the time to focus on the emotional well-being of our students

Lance spoke at our training retreat for the Southern Utah University Presidential Ambassadors (18-22). We were looking to start our year off with an attitude of success and hard work and that is exactly what Lance taught these students. He was real and genuine and each one of these students took something different away from his story and could relate to his diverse life experiences

Lance Allred was easily one of the best presentations I have ever heard a speaker give to such an audience. It's no easy feat to talk to teenagers and not only keep their undivided attention, but to also connect with them on a personal level. He did so without ever talking down to them. Lance recently was our motivational speaker and emcee for our awards dinner. His not was not only motivational, but touched our hearts. It gave purpose back to the attendees in reminding them that their work is meaningful. Lance was the real deal and he was an inspiration to all of us at Costco.

Lance is truly an inspiration! Not only is he one of the most authentic individuals I have had the privilege of working with, he offers a unique perspective based on his powerful life experiences.

Lance doesn't just talk about inspiring leadership, he demonstrates it in the way he connects with his audience. After hearing him speak, I feel more focused on how I can be more authentic in all of my interactions, and how to be guided by the belief that anything truly is possible.

I took a leap of faith in contracting with Lance as a keynote speaker because I had no prior experience in hearing him speak. Lance was a fantastic speaker for our group of 150 college students. He interacted with the students and was able to get a good feel for what we wanted and didn't use a canned message. He was able to tell his story, while really connecting to the students. Lance, simply put, is a rockstar in a button up shirt. When he speaks, the audience never takes their eyes off of him. He has the ability of carrying many streams of intricate thought without convoluting them and applying them to everyone in the room. Again Rockstar.

For many people it will seem ironic that some of the basketball teams Lance played for asked their only legally deaf player to be their go-to media person. Ironic because you wouldn't expect a deaf man to be an effective communicator and a great storyteller. But Lance is masterful. He has the ability to observe the world around him, draw analogies, precipitate stories, and apply timely lessons in leadership, persistence, and achieving your dreams

Lance's approach to motivational speaking is the best I have ever experienced! Our entire audience was captivated from beginning to end and were left feeling motivated and inspired by his story. Lance is so personable, raw and honest throughout the entire presentation! Everyone could not stop raving about how much they enjoyed Lance and his message. Thanks for keeping it real Lance!
