On a cold June morning you faced a capacity audience of Hobart's leaders in business and the community, and within five minutes they were yours! Your fresh, intelligent approach to life and seasoned presentation skills allowed you to convey important, helpful messages to an appreciative audience. Your skilled use of laughter and anecdote, and the humility of your self analysis brought you close to people immediately, while the vitality of your theme and its relevance to all meant that everyone took away something special from your story. The feedback from our breakfast supporters has been so positive, with many listing the Kirsty chronicle as the presentation of the year. Thankyou for your vision and boundless energy, and for the time you devoted to helping our vital cause.

A little over 4 years ago I sat in one of your first public speaking sessions which was also the first time I had seen a motivational speaker. At this time I was in the third month of my real estate career employed as a Personal Assistant to a very successful Property consultant with a net income of not much. You asked me to write down my goals for my 5 year plan, one of those goals was to be running the company in 5 years (I thought somewhat ambitious at the time) but as luck would have it I have recently been appointed as the General Operations Manager for a company of 7 Sales offices across Hobart and a sizable property management portfolio. Got here with a year to spare. Thanks Kirsty. Couldn't have done it with out you.

We would like to tell you that we thought you were dynamic and great fun we really enjoyed your part of the seminar. Usually at the end of a seminar you begin to droop and wriggle in your seat. During you part of the session we all forgot we had been sitting there all day and we all enjoyed the experience along with you. Thank you once again if ever you need a reference please don?t hesitate to call on us.

Networking – Maximising Your Mojo

At 21 I owned my own real estate agency and yet most people thought I was the receptionist! Through networking, self promotion and breaking free from the introvert I had so desperately wanted to stay I developed and used these 10 simple techniques to put myself in a position where I was never again mistaken for the receptionist. Let me show you how to do it for yourself with the following:

Recognise why and where your networking is currently lacking
Put systems in place so that even if you’re an introvert who hates talking to people and has no memory whatsoever you can still be a world class networker
10 simple networking tips you can use immediately (we’ll even get you to use some in the session)

This is one of my favourite sessions to present as it’s not a skill we’re taught in school and it’s not a skill that comes naturally to many of us. Best of all with these ten simple tips I can show you how easy it can be and how dramatically it will increase your sales. Don’t think you’re in sales? We’ll address that too - everybody is in some way and we can make you more effective!

From Bankruptcy and Divorce to Learning and Success

This is Kirsty’s keynote presentation focusing on her own personal story. She will show real emotion as she shares with your audience the lessons she learnt from watching her parent’s marriage and financial situation implode. When you see your parent’s car get repossessed or are forced to move out of your family home it affects you and your behaviour - in this heart felt keynote Kirsty will share how she used the lessons learnt and the experiences had during this time as fuel to spark her passion and creativity.

See and experience Kirsty's journey as she delves into how she started her first business at 15, her second a year later. How she then went to University – the first on her mother’s side of the family only to drop out after a year. See then as she finds her passion – but more importantly she how she found it. This keynote has proved a hit with many audiences and is our most popular when presenting at schools and service organizations such as Rotary.

How many things can you get wrong and still be a success?

Kirsty believes failure is an integral component of success. In this presentation Kirsty shows her own mistakes and failures along the way to acclaim and business success. It’s not always pretty – but it is real. Your audience will walk away with:

The ability to spot if they’re heading towards any of these common mistakes
The tools to turn themselves around and avoid them
The confidence to know that failure can be a step towards success not the end of trying

The Power in Pummeling Procrastination

If they handed out PhDs in procrastination – I’m sure I’d have one by now. When I took my first step into the world of entrepreneurship and bought the stock for my first business it sat idle on my bedside for 2 months without any action on my behalf. Procrastination and not acting on my goals nearly took away my opportunity to create the life of my dreams.

In this session I’ll show you the mistakes I’ve made through procrastination and not taking action and how you can avoid procrastination in the future in your work and personal lives.

Best of all I’ll show your team how to solidify their goals and put in place foolproof strategies which if followed will ensure they achieve their goals.
