Ken Robinson is an internationally recognized expert in Terrorism & National Security, with 30-year's of experience in Special Forces, Special Mission Units, and the US Intelligence Community. He has extensive experience in Crisis, and Consequence Management including reconstituting a government after a national emergency, having helped design the nations National Exercise Program. Motivational, inspirational, and thought provoking - - Ken's work is discussed in several books including "Black Hawk Down, and Killing Pablo," by Mark Bowden, "Secret Warriors," by Steven Emerson, and "Veil," by Bob Woodward. Additionally, his life was fictionalized in the Jerry Bruckheimer/NBC Television Series E-Ring, starring Benjamin Bratt and Dennis Hopper. Ken created two other unique on-going corporations: CEO of RKI, Inc, a Television, & Motion Picture company in Beverly Hills, California. This company also creates distance learning training tools, as well as "Serious Gaming" which has supported the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization with battlefield visualization as well as creating, writing, and Executive Producing "virtual and reality-based interactive software" solutions based on those experiences for the Military Intelligence community. He is a high demand public speaker. He has been a key supporter of Naval Special Warfare and its family foundation, supporting the families of men, killed in the global war on terrorism. In February 2013 Ken was nominated to serve on the President's Intelligence Advisory Board, which provides independent intelligence advice to the President of the United States, and exercises oversight responsibilities of the entire United States Intelligence Community. In 2004 he was inducted into the National Military Intelligence Hall of Fame.Ken served for 10 years as a Senior Terrorism and National Security Analyst for CNN, and has been a combat embedded reporter in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was honored with a First Place - National Headliner Award for his reporting on the September 11th, 2001 Attacks on America. He is a current credentialed journalist in the Global War on Terror. In December 2007 he conducted a survey of the state of intelligence and the military in Iraq, and in May 2008 performed a similar survey of the insurgent war in Colombia and Afghanistan in 2008. His recent national and international speaking engagements include; St. Andrews University, Scotland, Stanford University, US Army Senior Intelligence Officer Conference, General Dynamics World Wide Conference, CNN National Bureau Chief's Conference and the Joint Forces Land Component Commanders Conference at the United States Army War College.
