Bottom Line Branding℠
Delivering on Your Brand Promise through Customer Experience
It was an honor and a pleasure to have John Costello among our featured speakers at THINK 13. John’s presentation on branding was very practical and his six point principals on the subject was easy for our attendees to follow and take away from the conference. It was also news worthy, as three industry publications in attendance filed five separate stories on John’s presentation. Finally, we appreciated John serving as our interview subject for the “Think It Out” column of our Spring 2013 THINK magazine, which was the ‘conference issue.’ In that interview, he imparted additional good advice on this very important topic to the credit union movement.
