“I wanted to share my "Jim Fannin moment" I had today on my flight back. Because of Jim’s tools I kept imagining I would sit next to a big developer and make a life changing contact. When I boarded the plane I realized I didn't look to see which seat I was assigned. After some confusion I finally moved to a different window seat and we were on our way. Here’s the coincidence I created. Half way through the flight the gentleman next to me pulled out a set of property plans and was struggling to see them. I opened the window cover so he could see better and asked what he did. Turns out he develops apartments and was headed on vacation. I gave my best “new” elevator pitch and next thing I know the gentleman in the seat in front of us turns and says ‘anytime I hear someone talk about mdu I have to give out my card.’ Turns out he brokers the sale of apartment communities and has numerous investors and developers with apartment communities. I gave the example of XYZ apartments and how much revenue he was making from our partnership and their response was "we need to talk". The developer, John Doe has over 300 properties and he wants me to call him on the 17th after his vacation. The other gentleman and I will be talking and working together as well. I envisioned this and it actually happened. I now see my $200,000 goal being reached and ultimately crushed. Wow. Jim’s tools really do work!!!”
