As past Director of Search Institute's National Healthy Communities/Healthy Youth Initiative, he has worked with hundreds of schools and communities across North America is focusing on strength based approaches that unleash the potential in youth, staff, parents, community members, and seniors. Vollbracht has presented at Governor's Conferences, state and regional conferences, and at schools and community based organizations. Each can be fine tuned for early childhood through high school.
