James Richards, M.B.A., is a graduate of Yale University and received his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is currently a founder and director of CMI Worldwide, Inc., an Internet and E-commerce Company, as well as executive vice president of business development for a leading nutraceutical research and development firm. Two decades of working on the development of this new performance model and its application to success, peak performance and optimal health have resulted in the recent publication of The Chemistry of Success, co-authored by Jim and Susan Lark.
