Gary Walsh is an amazing and very well informed speaker and presenter.
When I first met Gary, I asked him to help me with some leadership training as I was running for office in my Toastmasters club. I was nervous about the position because it was a huge leap of faith and I had to build a large team in order to get it all done. My main goal was to be able to inspire and motivate my team to accomplish our tasks. I wasn’t sure how to do this because I wasn’t paying them; this was strictly on a volunteer basis.
After speaking with Gary, I asked him to come on my radio show and do an interview. I was blown away by the amount and depth of knowledge he had. I was taking notes and began putting his suggestions to use immediately!
With Gary’s help, I was able to be elected unanimously by my club members and I am building the dream team. These members are so motivated and eager to get started and I believe that was all because of Gary’s training and coaching. If you are going to be a leader in an organization, school, or even home, you need coaching and training and you can’t get better than Gary Walsh, Jr.
